Meet The Team
President & Partner
Matthew DiSparano
Matthew DiSparano grew up with a love for nature at such a young age. Gardening and building with Grandma, Matthew was drawn to a path of design. Studying at Florida International University, Matthew earned a Masters' degree in Landscape Architecture environmental and urban design. With a passion to share his appreciation of nature with others, Matthew founded DiSparano Design in 2011. Matthew spends most of his free time designing and sharing his knowledge with his 3 beautiful kids.

Sue-ling Rosario
Spending most of her time outdoors, it is no mystery Sue would land a career in landscape design. Studying at Florida International University, she earned a Masters' degree in Landscape Architecture in 2014, joining DiSparano Design. With over 10 years of experience in the public sector, combining these skills with her love of nature has elevated her understanding of the urban landscape. Spending all her free time with her 3 children, Sue shares her knowledge of nature and design with her kids.

With an eye for detail, this future Associate spends his time photographing different aspects of nature. Learning scale, form and dimension, he will soon evolve his photography into inspirational images for future designs.

A natural born empath, this future Associate has a deep connection to the care for our environment. Always concerned with the care of living things and the effects one can have on another, concepts of unity, hierarchy, scale and balance are soon to be mastered.

A free spirit, this future Associate spends all her time drawing. Not afraid to step outside the box with her creativity, learning concepts of texture, color and movement, her creations will influence what we perceive as beautiful designs.
